民国初年，邪师入侵，九叔与两个徒弟经营义庄生意，制霸南洋的萨摩邪师以一己之私重启禁术，不远万里来到聚阴之地“巫狼山”，用蛇蝎蛊虫炼化培育出了噬血如麻的魁蛊婴，九叔师徒试图寻找破解之法，却屡次陷入僵局，少女离奇失踪，村民变异等一系列怪事接踵而至，危机时刻，九叔师徒能否破解禁术解救吉祥镇村民，一场正邪大战即将打响……。The film follows a BBC war reporter and Harvard psychiatrist Dr. John Mack, whose careers were threatened by the investigation of the incident, as well as a former student who journeys back to the rural Ariel School.。
