少年泽夫和小弟弟图图，是两只快乐的大象。谁不愿意在世界上最大的后院——非洲的野生平原上玩？他们欢快地追逐斑马，鸵鸟和疣猪，有很多有趣的事情要做，但是泽夫是个只会带弟弟陷入各种麻烦的大哥哥。突然有一天，他们的母亲和家庭成员在一个可怕的夜晚消失了，为了不告诉弟弟真相，泽夫编造了一个故事，说是彩虹将他们的妈妈带去了天空，现在图图需要找到彩虹和他们的妈妈。泽夫希望找到一个新的牧群，一个新的家庭，小象兄弟俩走上了凶险的寻亲之路……。Sixteen mustangs, four men, one dream: to ride border to border, Mexico to Canada, up the spine of the American West.
